I Am A Feather

I'm as smooth as a feather lying on the ocean floor

A wave carries me to an unusual place

I feel really weird because of where I am.

There's lots of seaweed, sea creatures and sand

It's really dark down here in the ocean, light up top.

I'm floating down here and almost to the ocean floor

Now I'm up here on the other side with light shining on me.

I feel a little different on the other side.

The Mom Cheetah

I would like to be a cheetah

that lives in the jungle

and I roar to talk

When my children are in trouble

I go to see what was the matter.

I chase the animal that is hurting the babies

I protect my babies if my babies are in trouble,

and I save them.

The Mysterious Animal

You can see lightning in my eyes.

I am a mysterious animal.

I can be your friend,

but at the same time I can also hurt you.

I can give you whatever you want.

I am a wild animal, but no one knows it but you.

Don't tell anyone.

The Rose on Saturday

The rose creeps up and up

until a sound, a calming sound,

but very little, you can barely hear it.

The rose creeps down, down.

It goes near the sound.

The sound is a jaguar.

The jaguar jumps down and plays in the winding wind

and the wet grass because of the dew.

They do not know what each other is.

They start to walk in a circle around each other

and look at each other strangely and play.

From that day on, they were friends.

What I'll Be

I'm not an apple with other apples

I'm a fish.   I'm a lonely fish.

I might change, but now

I'm a fish, a lonely one.

Maybe I'll change.

I could be an apple with other apples,

but now I'm a fish.

And maybe I could be even more than an apple.

Maybe one day I may fly in the wind

with my friend in the sky.

Some day

I will become even more than that.

Patience Little Boy

Little boy, try to be patient, please.

Try to think you are

a walnut waiting to be cracked open.

Gross, I don't like walnuts.

Ok.   Try to think you are a ball

sitting out in the rain,

waiting to get picked up.

No!   I would get cold and die.

Now try to think you are a lion waiting for its prey.

Yaaaa..   A lion!   Rooooar, roar, roar, roar.

Ok.   Now settle down.

Thank Friendship

Thank friendship for the people

that God gives to you to play with.

Thank friendship

The people he gave you

will always be with you

When you are lonely

They make you relax all the time.

Thank friendship

You will know if they are not your friends

and you can see if they are your friends

Sometimes you cannot see

if they are or not

your friend.

Thank friendship

Don't get sad when they live some other place

cause they will always be with you

think that they're with you,

but they're not there.

Thank friendship

Maybe they like eggs

and you like pizza.

It does not mean

that they're not your friend.

Everybody in the world

has a friend

and has friendship.

I Used To Be......                                   Now I Am

I used to be really shy                            Now I feel bolder

I used to be really scared                        Now I feel braver

I used to never want                              Now I am courageous

to meet new people                               enough to meet new people

I used to never go anywhere                  Now I do a lot by myself

without "mommy".                                independently, without

guidance.

I dreamed of monsters                           Now I never have bad dreams

under the bed and Frankenstein             I only dream of happy things.

In the closet.

I used to be so scared                              Now I come to the door

I would embrace myself                         to greet company

That's why I would always hide      instead of hiding

when company came.

Now it's different                                 All this shows how you

change

                                                             When you grow

up.

                                                             For better or

for worse.

Peace

Peace is like a white dove

flying through the sky.

Peace is like women in black for peace.

Peace is saying, "No War!"

Peace is like a white see-through crystal

gleaming in the sunlight.

Peace is like a scream of fright.

Let there be

      Peace

and No war!

I Am The Wind

I am the wind blowing through the woods.

I am the wind giving people air.

I am the wind bringing fresh air to the people.

I am the wind being loud and quick.

I am the wind that brings joy to the people.

I am the wind that blows the sand at the beach

the wind that people like.

I am the wind that lets people relax.

Being Her Own Person

She is like a dog in a blue.., no purple collar.

With spots, two spots.

Waiting to run with with the wind,

to let go of all her strengths, her thoughts,

to let go of everything

to just be free.

To be the person

everybody wants her to be.

No, no, she will be her own person.

She wants to be her own person

that's...

             A gray dog

          With two black spots

                 In a....

                            Blue collar.

The Butterfly and Me

I'm like a butterfly flying around and around.

I go into a flower and stop to see my family.

It is like seeing a bright yellow light inside my eyes.

I'm happy as a butterfly that can travel

anywhere I want to be.

The butterfly is beautiful as me.

The Unknown Thing

My name is like a wave

roaring from the ocean.

I am a kid.

I came from the Dream World.

I am like a cheetah.

I want to be green.

I dream about waves.

I stand for darkness.

Sky Questions

Why is there a sky?

Clouds?

Why is the sky blue?

How long and wide is the sky?

Why did I only see 3 stars?

Why is the moon bright?

Why is the sun far, far in the sky?

Why does the earth move?

Why are there mammals, and reptiles?

Why are the stars white?

Why are the stars so   l   i   t   t   l   e ?

Do the stars see me?

Why is there wind?

Why are the clouds there?

Why do the clouds form into

dogs?

cats?

dinosaurs?

dragons?

and other stuff?

Why is there a sky?

A City in Space

At night I see a city in space

but it doesn't more

            It twinkles like lights

at a dance

At night, I see a face--

the master of the city

            He is the only one

that moves or changes.

            There are other cities

with different masters

that are bigger than

this master I know.

If I Were the Moon

If I were the moon

I would be as bright as

the sun.

            I would give everybody

what they want.

If I were the moon

            I would turn into

a puppy for a little girl

in the cold, wet grass. But,

in the daytime, I would be gone.

The Gold Medal

My name is Speedy Blue

            and I am a horse

                        Every day I dream about

            winning a race.

                                    I run

                        through the wind

                                    and feel

                        the breeze in

            my mane.    When

it rains I feel the tears

            of the clouds

                        crying.             And when

I'm racing                                I always

win the gold medal

but

            then I wake

up and when I wake

            up

                        I

                                    know

                                                I'm

always a winner!

The North Star

I am the universe I am a star

I lead you home

if you are lost

You can use me

as a map.

You always look at me

I am in the night sky

What star am I?

I am the North Star.

When I look down, I see trees.

I have a horse in me.

I run with wild horses

When a horse dies

I feel pain and sadness in my heart

But somehow I still feel the horse

in my heart.

I have a thing to remember her by

It's her baby,

and now I run with her baby.

I

feel

            like

a baby snowy white wolf

There's a baby snowy white wolf inside of me.

I dream about running very fast

at night I change to a brown bear.

Its paws are like ice and snow.

My wolf tells me to dream about cold white snow.

My wolf gives me power to run very fast.

When it howls, the sound of it

                                    echoes

                                       through

                                          the

                                             air.
