Our Dreams

I dream for peace.
I have a dream that everybody could live long and prosper.
I have a dream that my dog
would not bark at people and scare them.
I have a dream to be a zoologist, go to Davis,
live in Chicago,
play saxophone and go to South America.
I wish I could have my dog Chyna.
I have a dream that Oskar could be in a movie.
I have a dream that there would be no war.
I wish I had my dream horse.
I have a dream to have a black horse with a
white lightning bolt on its forehead.
I have a dream that someday my family will be in peace.
I have a dream that my mom will heal faster.
I have a dream to be a great baseball player.
I have a dream for a good book I have never read.
I have a dream to have no homework.
I have a dream to have powers over things
that others can't have.
I have a dream to my long-lost twin.
I have a dream that peace was in the world,
no more wars anywhere.
I have a dream to have my dad come back to life.
I have a wish that people could fly.
I wish my Legos would come to life
and they would listen to me.
I have a dream that my dream horse will someday be real.
I have a dream...that when my mom, brother, and I move to Hawaii, that everything will go right.
I have a dream for a half-pipe in my backyard.
I have a dream to be a great football player.
I have a dream that all my wishes will come true.
I have a dream for the world to live in peace.

Our Peaceful World

Peace is quietness. Peace is no yelling.
Peace is the opposite of loud.
Peace is clouds.
Peace is nice and calm, like a horse.
Peace is happiness.
Peace is freedom.
Peace is like a map without states.
The sky is peaceful.
When I'm in the forest, I feel peaceful.
If the earth supports life, don't give it a punishment.
Don't tear up the earth.
Peace is not fighting.
Peace is not war.
A battlefield is not peaceful, and
peaceful at the same time
because people are dying and crying, and
helping each other.
A waterfall is peaceful.
Rain is peace.
A storm cloud is not peaceful.
I feel peaceful when I see the moon.
The moon is peaceful. La luna.
I think mean people are not peaceful.
Peace is a jungle cat that's warm, a
warm jungle cat snuggled up with you.
Peace is when we follow the Golden Rule.
Sleeping babies and golden ponies are peaceful.
Peace is a rabbit, a deer, a squirrel or a bear.
Peace is when endangered species are alive.
Peace is a peacock feather.
Peace is a growing tree.
I feel peaceful when I'm in bed.
I feel peaceful when I'm with my friends.
Peace is singing.
Parakeets & hummingbirds are peaceful.
Vultures and crows are not peaceful.
A woodpecker is not peaceful, because
it has no time to rest from pecking trees.
It's not peaceful when you hear the sound of your tire
going out on your bike.
To make peace, treat others with respect,
how you'd like to be treated.

(untitled)

Canoeing down the river, a sense of peace
In the soundless waters,
A long, broken tree
Overhanging the silent river.

On the banks, green grass and bushes
Tropical fruits and trees of peace
The green, murky water
moves slowly.

Far in back of me are trees,
Mountains, and the yellow sky.
Feelings of peace
In my heart and mind.

Blue

Blue as a blueberry on a blueberry branch,
As blue as a hole in the snow,
Blue as the sparkling ocean crashing on shore.
Oh, blue as the March freeze
and blue as the wonderful sky.
Blue as a sapphire diamond.
Blue as the mountain ridge
Blue as the ocean mist and
Blue as the sadness, engraved inside.

The Spirit of Music
excerpt

The spirit of music has every instrument sound.
The spirit of music has rain and storm
The spirit of music has a heart beat
The spirit of music makes nature sounds everywhere
The spirit of music has a drum beat
The spirit of music will make love
The spirit of music will also make people
The spirit of music will make earth safe
The spirit of music will make everywhere safe
The spirit of music will make culture
The spirit of music has power
The spirit of music has five hearts
The spirit of music will make everyone happy
The spirit of music makes lions roar
The spirit of music makes waves roar
The spirit of music makes music everywhere.
