A

Though we like to think of ourselves as normal
Ordinary
Just one of the gang

We’re like that one kid
(You know him, the one that says and does all the wrong things)
Even after were grown up (232 years to be exact) were still acting like him

Individuality is one thing
Arrogance is another

Should we all bind together?
Fifty states and fifty thoughts
Or isolate
One state one thought

While stars and stripes might seem majestic
And men in business suits powerful
It’s just a cover

So wave that flag America proud and strong
Soon enough those stars and stripes won’t be able to hide you anymore
Long live U.S.A
