A Plump Pineapple

Oh, brown, chubby

pineapple,

You are the color of a gold crown

that sits on top of a queen's head.

You are a sweet taste

inside my mouth.

Native of Brazil, you grow in Mexico -

you give us a sweet juicy taste.

You are the color of the Northern Cheetah,

Ode to A Pepper

Oh, shiny, green, shriveled ogre's nose,

what a pudgy belly you have!

on Thanksgiving!
